Fulfillment uses eligible domestic carriers only when the product and destination clear our compliance review. A verified adult age 21 or older must be available to sign where the carrier service requires adult signature.

• Availability is evaluated using the complete street address submitted at checkout.
• PO boxes and unsupported carrier destinations are not eligible.
• Service level, estimated timing, shipping fees and signature fees are shown before payment when a destination quote is available.
• No shipment proceeds where product authorization, inventory, tax, reporting or carrier rules cannot be satisfied.
• Delivery timing starts after carrier handoff. Weather, address issues or failed signature attempts may delay or return a package.
